American Battery Technology Company (ABTC) provides technical development and commercialization of domestic, sustainable sourcing of critical battery materials through lithium-ion battery recycling and battery metal extraction technologies for use in batteries that power electric cars, grid storage applications, and consumer electronics and tools. Our first of kind systems produce commercial-scale battery materials that are sold into the battery manufacturing supply chain. As a Technical Program Management Intern at ABTC, you will participate in managing key projects that drive the company's innovative battery recycling and metal extraction initiatives. You will work alongside experienced Program Managers and engineering teams to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects aimed at optimizing processes and increasing efficiency within our operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates passionate about sustainability and technology to gain real-world experience in program management while contributing to meaningful advancements in the energy sector. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. Familiarity with project management principles and tools is preferred. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment. A keen interest in energy sustainability and battery technologies. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
