This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand to bring customers the best in clinical aesthetics combined with home use technology.   What you’ll be doing: Provide exceptional front-of-house client support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests. Manage client bookings, scheduling, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain up to date and organised records in line with company policies and standards. Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation. Contribute to delivering a seamless, high end client experience aligned with the company’s luxury service standards.   Skills, knowledge & expertise: Previous experience within a Clinic is essential, ideally within a luxury professional environment. Experience with booking systems such as Pabau or Phorest. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling information. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
