We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we’re looking for a Scrum Master who is truly passionate about agile practices and thrives on enabling teams to perform at their best. This role is not a stepping stone into Product Management or Engineering, it’s for someone who genuinely loves facilitating, coaching, and continuously improving Scrum processes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and coach agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews) to ensure efficiency, focus, and continuous improvement Support product squads in applying Scrum practices and principles, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and accountability Remove impediments and proactively address blockers that slow down the team, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders when necessary Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals Monitor and communicate team performance using relevant metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown, lead time) while focusing on delivering value rather than outputs Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing between cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations) Coach team members and stakeholders on agile mindset and practices to increase organizational maturity Ensure alignment between squads and company strategy, driving transparency of goals, dependencies, and progress Foster a safe environment for experimentation, open communication, and constructive feedback Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and team dynamics for higher performance and engagement 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS, tech, or software development Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on facilitation of ceremonies Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with backlog refinement, agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time), and continuous improvement Ability to foster collaboration, transparency, and a positive team culture Fluent in English
