If you’ve already worked in entertainment or animation and are ready for the next step, this role fits you perfectly.  What your day looks like Your day combines leadership with hands-on entertainment. You coordinate daily activity schedules, support and motivate the animation team and actively take part in activities and shows. You help organise rehearsals, events and special programs while acting as the link between the entertainment team and hotel management. Your presence sets the tone for both team spirit and guest experience.  Good to know This is a full-time seasonal position with living and working on site at the resort. You should feel confident coordinating people, motivating a team and staying calm in busy situations. Very good English skills are required for daily communication. German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage and help you connect with guests and management.
