In unserem innovativen Werk in Buxtehude produzieren wir mit hochmodernen Anlagen Körperpflegeprodukte für unsere internationalen Love Brands wie Axe, Dove oder Duschdas. WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN Eigenständiges Bedienen der Abfüll- und Verpackungslinien Versorgung der Anlagen z.B. mit Kartons und Etiketten Durchführung und Dokumentation der Qualitätskontrollen der Fertigware Reinigung und Desinfektion der Abfüll- und Verpackungslinien Ändern der formatabhängigen Parameter an den Linien Durchführung von kleinen Reparaturen und Behebung von Kurzstillständen Überwachung und Optimierung des Produktionsablaufes und der Linienleistung ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung an Maschinen oder Anlagen, Alternativ 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit technischen Anlagen Bereitschaft zur Vollkonti-Schichtarbeit Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift WÜNSCHENSWERTE QUALIFIKATIONEN Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und SAP ARBEITSZEITEN Wir arbeiten im Vollkonti-Schichtbetrieb Frühschicht 06:00 – 14:05 Uhr Spätschicht 14:00 – 22:05 Uhr Nachtschicht 22:00 – 06:05 Uhr WAS WIR DIR BIETEN Vergütung nach Tarif der Chemischen Industrie plus jährliche Zusatzprämie, abhängig vom Unternehmensergebnis Arbeitszeit: 37,5-Stunden-Woche Urlaub: 30 Tage / Zukunftsbetrag: zusätzlich 5 Tage Urlaub Betriebliche Altersvorsorge durch unsere Pensionskasse Berolina Großes Gesundheitsmanagement vor Ort: Viele Gesundheitsaktionen zur Verbesserung der physischen und psychischen Gesundheit: Kooperation mit Fachärzten (Orthopäde und HNO), Gesundheitschecks vor Ort z.B.
