WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN Überwachung, Bedienung und Umrüstung der Produktionsanlagen, Behebung von Störungen Herstellen von Halbfarikaten nach Herstellanweisungen in verschiedenen Prozessschritten Transport- und Bereitstellungstätigkeiten Kontrolle der Anlagen auf Hygienischen Zustand und Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheits-, Hygiene-, Qualitäts-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzregeln. ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, im Bäcker- oder Fleischerhandwerk.
