Seasonal Position in Greece Most guests never think about who keeps a hotel running quietly in the background. They just expect it to be clean. Hallways. Public areas. Staff spaces. Everything in order. Everything consistent. That invisible structure is what this role is about. This is a seasonal position in Greece within the hotel operations team. You relocate for the season — but without the usual relocation stress. Your accommodation is organised before arrival. Meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly in the resort in Greece. Your role focuses on supporting overall cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas. You ensure shared spaces remain clean and organised throughout the day. You assist housekeeping when needed and help maintain hygiene standards across the property. This is not a glamorous position. It is practical, structured and important. That said — you will spend your season in Greece, living in a resort environment and working within an international team. You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will support the smooth daily operation of the hotel.
