This is a key role with great exposure to   HC   leadership team, both   in   Finance and the business. We are looking for someone who wants to drive value-creation by applying their financial understanding, who is   seeking   to learn and develop their career, and create great connections along the way .       You will learn from brilliant business leaders and colleagues in a truly global and diverse culture to   ultimately become   a   better   you.   If you are    ​ passionate about performance and driving value-focused   initiatives, ​   then this role is just for you.      WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE   Forecasting and M onth-End-Closing   Activities : Manage and oversee the entire P&L.   Overheads : Forecasting, budget control,   partnering HR,   driving the value creation agenda.   Performance Analysis :   A nalysis of business performance , market share tracker, etc.    Business Partnering : Collaborate with HC BULT, CSP, and Marketing teams .     WHAT   YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED   The ideal candidate should have the ability to see the big picture while also being adept at delving into details to drive value-focused actions and resolve operational issues. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and clear communication.     Experiences & Qualifications   +3 years’   experience   in Finance or Consulting.     Skills   Passion for Performance:   Ability to build, own, and drive improvements through critical thinking.   Resilience:   Proven capability to cope with time pressure and challenges effectively.   Storytelling:   Skilled in presenting complex information in a simplified and engaging manner.   Collaboration:   Strong ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.   Communication:   Presenting and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders.   Technical Skills:   Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Connect,   iFinance , and   PowerBI   is a plus.   Financial Modelling:   Financial modelling skills are considered an advantage.   WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
