Coordination with housekeeping and other departments. You work with systems, schedules and clear procedures. Accuracy matters. Communication matters. It is organised work. It requires attention to detail. It requires professionalism. But it is still a season in Greece. You step outside after your shift and you are already in a holiday destination.
