Myth vs Reality — the season abroad version MYTH: “It’s basically a holiday.” REALITY: It’s a real seasonal job in Greece . You relocate for the season and live on-site with the team. MYTH: “Entertainment is just talking to people.” REALITY: You host activities, lead games, support events, and help create the daily vibe guests remember. MYTH: “You need experience or you’ll embarrass yourself.” REALITY: You don’t need professional experience. If you bring energy, openness and basic English, you can grow into the role fast. Training happens on site. MYTH: “It’s chaotic and random.” REALITY: It’s structured. There’s a schedule, a program, and a team that plans and executes it every day.
