We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to handle day to day activities for the recruitment team. The position also offers flexibility to work remotely part of the time. Job duties Manage coordination for and within the US and LATAM recruitment team Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline Support the lead recruiter in adhoc tasks Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruitment team 2+ years of work experience in a similar role, with experience in recruitment preferred Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred Excellent communication skills Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc. Bachelor’s degree required Personal Attributes Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements Detailed oriented, organized, and high-quality work Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity
