Job duties: Assist Human Resources team with all activities relating to: Onboarding and offboarding Performance management Learning & development Diversity, equity & inclusion Competency mapping and succession planning Compensation management & global mobility Employee engagement Administration and maintenance of payroll Compliance & employee benefits Partner with Human Resources team to enhance the organization’s human resources offerings by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices Perform other related duties as assigned 4+ years of work experience in Human Resources Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Must be willing to work in US Time Zones Comfortable working in a remote first environment with a globally distributed team Excellent presentation & creative skills for Org. communication Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Able to effectively and accurately track and analyze data using Excel and google forms/docs, etc. Ability to navigate across different HR tools platforms Project management skills Personal Attributes Pro-active and self-motivated Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company Ability to adapt to evolving or changing requirements Detailed oriented, organized, and high-quality work Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity Nice to have: Understands the dynamics of working with a global Consulting firm Able to work remotely and support US, Canada, UK, Spain and Mexico employees Key Notes: This role will be based in India only This role will require the team member to work in shifts
