We are looking for somebody who has experience on assessing, designing, and enabling an integrated Insight Orchestration ecosystem that unifies Competitive Intelligence (CI), Market Research (MR), and Digital data to drive actionable Commercial and Medical insights. The objective is to establish a scalable platform that connects data, analytics, and business workflows to support brand strategy, field effectiveness, patient journey optimization, and evidence-based medical engagement RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess current-state insight generation processes across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access functions in Pharma and Life science domain Design integrated data architecture combining CI, MR, Digital, and Real-World Data (RWD) sources Enable cross-functional insight consumption across Brand, Field, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams Support use cases across brand performance monitoring, field force effectiveness, patient journey analytics, and HCP engagement optimization Enable closed-loop insight activation into commercial and medical execution channels Fluency with pharma data sources such as Veeva and IQVIA (Plantrak, LAAD, PE, etc) including RWD sources such as TriNetX, Flatiron, Optum, Komodo etc. Partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and Digital leaders to drive adoption Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalise analytics solutions You will explore opportunities with current and new buying centres and will collaborate with internal Tiger SMEs to create the right POVs / proposals to help drive growth. You will be responsible for P&L for your account portfolios managing revenue and margin goals 10-16 years of professional work experience in Commercial Pharma / Life Sciences analytics, insights, or consulting roles Deep understanding of pharma dataset, KPIs, and insight needs across different HQ and field personas across commercial, PSS, and Market Research, Digital Analytics, and Real-World Data ecosystems Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach Experience with insight platforms, CDPs, commercial data lakes, omnichannel analytics, customer engagement platforms, and AI/GenAI-driven insight generation and automation Strong stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access functions Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python & visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau Strong understanding of standard data sources—especially pharmacy, HUB, CRM, IQVIA, alignments, and related datasets—along with the nuances and quality controls required to ensure accuracy Experience in managing large accounts and active involvement in account growth. P&L ownership in the past would be an added advantage Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
