The Global Process Lead is responsible for designing, aligning, and driving the end-to-end processes for Logistics Finance, Business Waste including both actuals as well as planning & forecasting areas. The scope includes e2e logistics finance processes covering areas such as master data, logistics/BW cost accounting, month end close, planning, forecasting & reporting. Given the dependency, the design will need to be done in close integration with other process areas such as SCF, R2R, O2C and Data & Analytics. You will lead the Make-to-Deliver control process design for your areas and serve as the overall Controls Lead within SCF. This role will require close collaboration with other SCF leads to ensure alignment on controls. This role ensures that the future-state process design adopts the Mirai/Aurora principles (simplification, standardisation, harmonisation), reflects business needs, complies with global and local regulatory requirements, and leverages ERP & GBS capabilities efficiently. The Process Lead partners closely with the GPO, Process SMEs, Product Domains, implementation partners, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Process Design & Standardization o Lead the global design and standardisation of the Logistics Finance processes (covering Warehousing, transportation and Business Waste processes), ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide transformation goals such as ERP harmonization, GBS centralisation and digital finance enablement as well as integration with the associated SCF, R2R, O2C and D&A process design. o Define and enforce global operating model, process standards, controls, and KPIs across regions and business units o Approve process designs on behalf of the GPO o Contribute to the identification of AI solutions and design of the AI use cases for the process area o Prepare strategic and functional KDDs (Key Design Decisions) for DA (Design Authority) approval o Support the Technical KDDs, including technical choices o Support MDM (Master Data Management) process from a domain perspective (where applicable) • Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis o Support assessments between global template vs local requirements and maximise standardised adoption o Translate business needs into system requirements and process changes, whilst securing minimal customisations o Ensure fit for purpose operating model that maximises GBS capabilities. • Solution Delivery Support o Drive automation of management reporting processes in integration with the surround toolsets such as SAC, BW etc o Review testing scenario and support defect resolution o Review cutover and deployment plan o Support data conversion, cutover, and go-live activities and hypercare related to the process domain • Controls & Compliance o Partner with Risks & Control team to embed risk mitigation into process design • Stakeholder Management o Serve as the single point of contact for the process area, bridging business and technical stakeholders. o Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution within the process domain o Communicate effectively with regional and functional teams to gain alignment and buy-in • Change Management & Training o Provide input to training materials o Support change impact analysis and contribute to communication planning o Act as a change champion for the new ways of working in the finance function o Effectively influence & manage the changes from as-is to to-be model.
