Outpatient-only practice · 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio — exceptional clinical and administrative support · Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week) · Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision (90% coverage for you and your family) · 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays · Collaborative, physician-led culture with a close-knit provider team · Access to a national network of Serenity psychiatrists and clinical leadership · Annual provider retreats to exotic locations like Maui and the Bahamas The Role As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment: · Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations · Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans · Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications · Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team · Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care · Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
