Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Breakdown Coordinator/Technician for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Mount Holly, NJ . Ideal candidates will have previous mechanical experience as a Diesel Mechanic Technician or Auto Mechanic with strong customer service skills and the ability and willingness to help drivers who have broken down on the road. Need is immediate! You Will: Receive in-bound phone calls from Miller Truck Leasing customers and diagnose their mechanical issue Enter data into Miller’s Truck Leasing database Make outbound phone calls to dispatch appropriate service to customer Act as a liaison between the serving location and the customer Manage multiple breakdown situations on a daily basis Perform various duties as assigned to support efficient operations You Have: 2+ years of hands-on truck experience or 3 years of contact center professional experience supporting breakdowns Technical School Degree or Associates Degree preferred Ability to resolve customer service issues by providing excellent customer service assuring the customers are satisfied Ability to multi-task on the phone and on a computer at same time Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM and will work alternating Wednesdays OR Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM and will work alternating Wednesdays
