Miller Transportation Group is hiring a Billing Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Mount Holly, NJ . Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and time management skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on the team and the company. You Will regularly perform the following: Weekly and Monthly Billing Working with Customers to resolve disputes Filing, scanning and mailing Depositing Checks Data input Check writing Commercial registration and titling for new and used vehicles across multiple states Working with Lease/Rental Customers to receive and maintain their insurance on Miller owned vehicles Tracking and maintaining dealer plate logs for multiple locations You Have: Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills (orally and in writing) Time management skills along with strong organization skills Strong attention to detail Problem solving skills Ability to work on a team Ability to learn computer systems Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel experience Ability to adapt and problem solve Ability to work: Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM
