Learn more about Teleport here: https://www.teleport.it/   Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or a Professional Accountancy Qualification (eg, ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA) Hands-on leader with experience in managing, leading, and nurturing Finance staff A self-motivated and analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills will be preferred Ability to work under pressure & work in a tight timeline given Ability to work as a team with a collaborative management style. An organized and meticulous person with a good eye for detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle Responsibilities: Responsible for the full spectrum of financial operations, including but not limited to: Monthly closing, preparation of management and financial reports for the entity Manage and coach subordinate(s) to handle all financial matters and maintain proper records Develop Finance into a proactive function through training and mentoring Ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations, liaise with auditors and tax agents on statutory audit and annual tax returns Perform periodic review of key business processes to ensure proper controls and procedures are in place, and to seek opportunities for continuous improvements of the country's finance Work with stakeholders to provide monthly analysis on results vs Forecast vs Budget All other ad hoc work is assigned as required from time to time
