What You Need: Registered Nurse (RN) License – current, active and unrestricted Completion of an accredited nursing program Confident with IV placement, upkeep, and management from start to finish Solid knowledge of meds, sterile technique, and infection control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a focus on patient experience Flexibility and adaptability as situations require
