Job Title:  Product Intern - Order Orchestration squad Location: Wisma Capital A, Level 5, Wisma Tune, 19, Lorong Dungun, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur Type: Internship (Full-time) Duration: min 3 months Reports To: Product Manager About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Product Intern to support our Product team in the Order Orchestration squad which handles all systems for end-to-end shipments for Teleport. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development and learn how great products are built and improved. Key Responsibilities: Assist in testing new product features and updates before release Report bugs, issues, and usability concerns clearly and systematically Help prepare and maintain product documentation and test cases Work closely with the Product team and development team to ensure product quality Participate in team meetings, user feedback sessions, and sprint reviews Support in gathering user feedback and tracking common issues Requirements: Strong attention to detail and curiosity to explore how things work Basic understanding of how digital/web/mobile products function Good communication and documentation skills Comfortable using spreadsheets, task trackers (like Jira, Trello), and basic testing tools Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience with any testing or bug tracking tools Interest in product management Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
