WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE  Manage inspectors across 3 shifts  Ensure full reporting and review of all needed quality reports  Daily analysis of reports adherence  Lead RCA for Quality Incidents  Sorting, Inspection and rework activities documentation and reporting  Daily review of PH hygiene condition  Lead quality trainings agenda for shopfloor  Participate in defects reduction projects  Weekly reports of Quality performance summary  Internal audit actions implementation  Participate in R2S cell meetings  Retention Samples library monitoring & 5S  Ensure quality digital agenda implementation &adherence in PH  Monthly assessment report of Quality Inspectors performance  Training plan creation based on skills gaps assessment  Lead contingent labor during inspection of trials and first production WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Good understanding of ISO-9001 – Preffered Good understanding of GMP 22716 – Preffered Skills Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems Strong knowledge of Problem-Solving tools Strong Analytical skills Strong Leadership skills Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
