Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to : Key Responsibilities : Project 1 : Airport Pass Application (Documentation and Management) : Checking completeness and accuracy of submitted documents Validating identity, employment, and vehicle documents Ensuring compliance with airport authority requirements Entering applicant information into tracking systems Maintaining an organized database of applications Updating status and monitoring timelines Communication & Coordination : Following up with applicants for missing or incorrect documents Providing updates on application status Reporting & Compliance : Generating periodic reports for management Tracking pending or rejected applications Ensuring adherence to airport authority policies Project 2 : Training Matters (Training Planning & Scheduling) : Monitor training calendar and schedule sessions Register staff for the training sessions Track attendance and monitor completion Handle rescheduling or makeup sessions if required Training Execution & Coordination Manage housekeeping, logistics, and equipment setup Ensure smooth coordination between trainers and participants Record results in training database or staff files Reporting & Compliance : Maintain training records and reports for audits Track compliance with regulatory or company training mandates Identify gaps and follow up on non-compliance Gather feedback from participants and trainers Project 3 : Safety and Sustainability (Safety Compliance & Risk Management) : Assist safety inspections and audits Assist on risk assessments and hazard identification Monitor incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions Maintain safety reports and compliance records Environmental Sustainability & Conservation Track energy usage, waste management, and recycling initiatives Maintain sustainability records and reports Data Management & Reporting : Collect and consolidate data from inspections, audits, and sustainability initiatives Prepare performance dashboards and simplified reports Track KPIs and compliance metrics Qualifications: Basic administrative and documentation handling skills , including checking completeness and accuracy of records. Strong attention to detail for data entry, tracking applications, training records, and compliance documents. Ability to organize, update, and maintain databases or tracking systems. Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word for reports, tracking lists, and basic data analysis. Good time-management and coordination skills to monitor timelines, schedules, and follow-ups. Clear written and verbal communication skills to liaise with applicants, staff, and internal teams. Willingness to learn and comply with regulatory, safety, and company policies.
