Responsibilities: Team leadership : Lead, mentor and grow a team of BI, BSA, analysts and data Engineer. Data infrastructure: Oversee and design and implementation of a scalable data infrastructure, including dashboard, self-service tool, data pipelines, data platform, and data warehouse Analytics and insights: Lead the development of data-driven solutions and ensure the effective utilization of data resources to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions. ML platform : Design and implement the machine learning platform to provide scalable, performant and efficient solutions for models and algorithms. Data governance and quality: Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations Strategy and vision: Develop a comprehensive data strategy and vision that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance, trading, compliance, product, HR, leadership) across the globe to identify challenges and opportunities where data can provide a critical advantage Innovation: Drive data-driven innovation, including the exploration and adoption of new technologies like artificial intelligence. Bachelor degree or above At least 8 years of experience in Data At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role High proficiency in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is a plus. Deep understanding of data warehouse elements, including data infrastructure and data products. Deep understanding of business intelligence. Working experience of data on cloud Working experience managing team members cross boarder Working experience on data governance, including GDPR, PII data classification Working experience setting machine learning platforms and MLOPS will be a plus Working experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially products like bigquery, dataproc, gcs will be a plus Working experience with PowerBI, redash and metabase will be a plus
