Job Title: Beauty & Wellbeing PH Finance Business Partner - Hair Location: BGC, PH (Hybrid) Support the Beauty & Wellbeing business in the Philippines, specifically the Hair Category, by providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to drive business performance and enable sustainable growth.   Key Responsibilities: Business Planning & Performance Management Assist in annual business planning and help align financial frameworks with category and channel priorities. Monitor in-year business performance and provide timely variance analysis to ensure delivery of targets. Support long-term planning using relevant financial models and tools. Innovation Business Case Co-create innovation business plans with cross-functional partners to help future proof and drive premiumization agenda Decision Support & Analysis Provide financial analysis and actionable insights to support decisions on promotions, brand investments, and marketing activities. Prepare business cases for new product launches, and other projects as required. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests. Budget & Cost Management Support budget tracking for TTS, and BMI. Experience & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA/CMA) are a plus. Experience: 2–3 years in finance roles (FP&A, reporting, or business partnering). FMCG experience preferred. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide insights. Good communication skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Personal Attributes: Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
