WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE: • Develop, implement, and maintain our B2B eCommerce platform. • Customize and configure the platform to meet business customer needs. • Integrate the platform with other enterprise systems. • Conduct testing and resolve platform issues or bugs. • Create documentation and training resources for users. • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. • Monitor and analyze B2B eCommerce performance metrics. • Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions. • Provide training and support for internal teams and business customers. • Strategic planning of roadmap for the platform. • Collaborate with third-party vendors for additional platform functionalities. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and make upgrade recommendations. • Expand B2B operations to new countries. • Drive business efforts to encourage a larger customer base to digitize. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications • University bachelor’s degree (in a technical field). • Previous FMCG experience. • 10+ years of experience. • eCommerce Experience. • Team management.
