Bei uns bekommst Du mehr als nur eine Ausbildung: Professionelle Betreuung durch erfahrene Ausbilder*innen International anerkannte Ausbildung mit vielen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Hohe Übernahmechancen bei sehr guter Leistung FAKTEN Start: September 2026 Dauer: 3,5 Jahre Berufsschule: Wilhelm-Maybach-Schule in Heilbronn DAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN  Werkstoffe bearbeiten, Du lernst, wie man verschiedene Materialien in unserem modernen Maschinenpark bearbeitet, Schritt für Schritt Pläne lesen und verstehen, wir zeigen Dir, wie Du Konstruktions- und Schaltpläne richtig liest und umsetzt Mechatronische Systeme installieren, Du erfährst, wie man komplexe Systeme zusammenbaut und in Betreib nimmt Maschinen bauen, aus vielen Einzelteilen entsteht eine große Maschine und du bist dabei Störungen erkennen und beheben, wir bringen Dir bei wie du Fehler findest und löst Technische Betreuung übernehmen, Du lernst, wie man moderne Produktionsanlagen überwacht und pflegt Begleitung durch Profis, unsere erfahreneren Ausbilder*innen unterstützen Dich bei jedem Schritt und fördern Deine Entwicklung ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN   Mind. Mittlerer Schulabschluss Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit, wir können uns auf Dich verlassen Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen Motivation neues zu lernen, sowie Dich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln Neugier für mechanische und technische Abläufe Spaß an sorgfältiger und genauer Arbeit Erste Erfahrung, durch Praktika oder Projekte sind super, aber kein Muss WAS WIR DIR BIETEN 37h- Woche und attraktives Gehalt 30 Tagen Urlaub und Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld   Zusätzliche Sozialleistungen (z.
