Summary of the Position ·       Lead and hire a team of SME Relationship Managers to achieve team and individual targets. ·       Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the SME portfolio (loans,asset backed, trade finance, etc.). ·       Identify new market opportunities and client segments for penetration. ·       Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team. What will you do: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales huddles, and joint fieldwork. Motivate team to uphold high standards of client servicing and compliance. Drive acquisitions of new SME clients through proactive prospecting and referrals Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from client onboarding to product fulfilment Any other ad hoc tasks assigned What will you need: Minimum 5 years of SME banking or B2B sales experience. At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
