As a Bondholders’ Representative Officer , you will serve as the appointed representative to safeguard bondholders’ rights, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and oversee the use of bond proceeds, collateral, and covenants. You will also act as a key liaison between bond issuers and investors. What you will do: Handle and manage bonds post-disbursement activities Manage the collateral establishment and registration, monitor collateral and related Bonds activities  Monitor the Bond Issuer’s operations, financial status and business performance. Coordinate and monitor the use of bonds to ensure compliance with the purposes and timeframe disclosed in the filing and prospectus. Coordinate and monitor the issuer to ensure compliance with Bond Covenants. Coordinate and organize Bondholders’ Meeting in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the regulations. Handle appropriate and periodic communication with bondholders or investors. Handle regulatory reports submissions.   Assist bondholders in default management. Perform duties as assigned by line manager/Country Head. What we are looking for: Must be a Thai citizen Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of securities regulations, especially related to debt instruments. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Have at least 3 years work experience in securities companies, asset management companies, commercial banks, or the Stock Exchange, regulatory or relevant experience Have handled Bond Rep or Compliance or Legal or Risk roles in Financial Services, Securities or Investment firms
