What will you do: To assist on executing tasks assigned within turn around time. To provide viewpoint on enhancing the turn around time. To promptly report In case of any operational problems or deviation from standard operating procedures. To collaborate closely with essential parties, including those within the organization and external stakeholders, to guarantee timely delivery of projects or tasks. To proactively documents and updates progress of operational processes. To take the initiative to provide timely and constructive feedback to peers. What are we looking for: Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or any related field. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Able to commit for 6 months or 1 year contract. You will shine if you have: Experience in operations role (internship or part time) 1-2 years experience in operations role if not a fresh graduate
