Egypt Education Platform is delighted to invite applications for the position of Class Teacher Assistant for the academic year 2026-2027 at GEMS British International School of Madinaty . In this role, you will work closely with the lead teacher to provide supportive educational experiences for our students, ensuring a nurturing and engaging classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the lead teacher in the planning and implementation of instructional activities, helping to create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Support students with their academic and social development, providing tailored assistance based on individual needs. Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher to help inform instruction and intervention strategies. Prepare educational materials and resources that enhance learning and engagement in the classroom. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Participate in school activities and events, promoting a sense of community and connection among students, families, and staff. Engage in ongoing professional development and training to improve skills and effectiveness as an educator. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in education or a related field is preferred. Experience working with children in a classroom or educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build positive relationships with students. Demonstrated patience, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting young learners. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a cohesive and effective educational experience. Strong organizational skills with the capability to adapt to changing classroom dynamics. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and learning opportunities.
