What you will do: Administrative Support: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for key account meetings.  Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.  Handle correspondence and communication with key clients.  Sales Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports on key account performance and activities. Customer Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients.  Support the Key Account Manager in customer communication and follow-up.   Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good verbal & written communication skill in English & Malay Nice to have: Able to converse in other language and/or other dialect
