Egypt Education Platform is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Financial Planning Associate Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing financial strategies, analyzing trends, and supporting the organization’s financial health through detailed planning and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process by developing comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with the organization's goals. Perform in-depth variance analysis and interpret financial data to provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs for budget creation and financial insights, promoting cross-functional collaboration. Assist in the preparation of reports for executive management, including strategic planning presentations and financial performance reviews. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against benchmarks and strategies, ensuring key financial metrics are met. Support financial decision-making through risk assessment and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of various scenarios. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies throughout the financial planning processes. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the education sector. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models and forecasts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software. Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proven track record of leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
