Gems International School - Soma Bay is looking for an experienced and passionate German Teacher (Immediate hire) to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator who is eager to share their expertise in the German language and culture with students of varying age groups. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver engaging German language lessons that align with the curriculum and promote language acquisition. Utilize diverse teaching methodologies to meet the needs of different learners and maximize student engagement. Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback, providing support to enhance their learning experience. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and a love for the German language. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities and participate in school events. Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Education, or a related field. Strong proficiency in the German language with excellent communication skills. Prior teaching experience is preferred, with a focus on fostering a creative and engaging learning environment. Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional development.
