Overview We are seeking a motivated UAE National fresh graduate to join our Procurement team as a Graduate Trainee. The role provides structured training and exposure to purchasing, vendor coordination, sourcing, and procurement processes.   Your Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities) Support the procurement team in preparing purchase requests and purchase orders. Assist in collecting quotations and coordinating with suppliers. Help maintain vendor databases, procurement records, and price lists. Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and update status reports. Support evaluation of suppliers based on price, quality, and service. Assist in documentation, filing, and adherence to procurement procedures. Participate in procurement meetings and contribute to process improvement. UAE National with Family Book (required). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in procurement/supply chain functions. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn procurement systems and processes.
