Egypt Education Platform is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be vital in helping to analyze financial data, support strategic planning, and drive financial performance across our educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support the organization’s planning activities. Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to assist management in decision-making. Monitor financial performance and variance analyses, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with departmental heads to gather and consolidate financial inputs for budgets and forecasts. Analyze trends and variances in financial data to enhance reporting accuracy. Assist in setting financial targets and performance metrics to achieve business goals. Support special projects and initiatives as needed by providing financial analysis and insights. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Keep abreast of industry trends, economic changes, and market conditions that could impact finan Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with financial planning software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the education sector and its financial dynamics is a plus.
