Egypt Education Platform is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to our organization, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and contractual matters within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to corporate operations. Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Assist in the management of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the education sector and advise on necessary adjustments. Represent the organization in legal proceedings as necessary and work closely with external legal counsel. Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various corporate matters. Educate staff on legal policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to corporate governance and compliance. Law degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree in Corporate or Commercial Law is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably within the education or nonprofit sectors. Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues relevant to the industry. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. A strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
