Inbox Business Technologies is hiring an Audit Executive. Employment Type: Full-time employment Responsibilities Assist the Manager of Internal Audit in maintaining and updating internal audit documentation in compliance with IIA standards.  Support in the planning, execution, reporting and closure of internal audit engagements across business functions.  Use Oracle ERP to extract, review, and analyze financial data including general ledger, budgets, receivables, project/operational costs, and variance reports. Assist in reviewing segment-wise and project-wise performance, variances, and control gaps. Perform quarterly financial review procedures, including analysis of related party transactions, under applicable accounting and regulatory requirements. Carry out analytical and substantive audit procedures on budgets, receivables, costs, and variances. Track and follow up on audit observations and management action plans, for timely closures. Coordinate with finance for monthly monitoring activity.  Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance and Auditing or related field. ACCA, CA, or CIA part qualified preferred. 2–3 years of experience in internal audit.   Strong understanding of audit procedures, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.  Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to work. Working knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and internal auditing standards (IIA) with the ability to apply them under supervision. Practical experience in using Oracle ERP to extract and analyze financial data and standard management reports.  Effective written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.  Equal Opportunity & Inclusion We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
