Egypt Education Platform is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to support our growing portfolio of educational projects. The PMO will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing governance, oversight, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of educational projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Establish and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization. Work closely with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs, providing timely reports to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks while proactively recommending solutions. Facilitate project meetings and communication between teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Collect and maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate records of project deliverables, decisions, and lessons learned. Support training and development initiatives for staff involved in project management. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in University Projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong aptitude for teamwork and collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
