Egypt Education Platform is currently looking for a dynamic School Principal for our British School located in Alexandria. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader with a commitment to educational excellence, ensuring that all students receive a world-class education tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall operations of the British School, fostering an environment of high standards and academic achievement. Implement and oversee the British curriculum, ensuring it meets the educational needs of students and aligns with the school's vision. Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance instructional practices and promote professional development. Engage and communicate effectively with students, parents, and the community, building positive relationships and partnerships. Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies and improve educational outcomes. Manage the school budget and allocate resources wisely to support student learning and school initiatives. Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and standards, maintaining the school's accreditation status. Foster a culture of inclusivity and support for all students, addressing diverse learning needs and promoting equity. Lead school improvement initiatives that enhance educational practices and student experiences. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an educational setting, particularly within British education systems. Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders. Demonstrated success in fostering a positive school culture and improving student outcomes. Experience with data analysis for informed decision-making in an academic setting. Commitment to promoting inclusivity and support for all learners. Eligibility for a principal certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
