Commercial Co-founder (Diagnostics Platform) Build a category-defining deep-tech company. This is not a job . This is a founding opportunity with real upside. We are building a new diagnostics company around strong, defensible deep-tech IP . The science is solid. The opportunity is real. But this is still an early-stage venture . We are looking for a Commercial Co-founder to take this 0.5-to-1 and 1-to-n . The Venture Protein biomarkers drive the majority of clinical decisions, yet protein diagnostics remain slow, centralized, and structurally constrained. Unlike DNA, proteins cannot be amplified, forcing samples into central labs and delaying decisions that directly affect outcomes and cost. Our platform converts protein signals into DNA signals , enabling: 100–1,000× higher sensitivity than standard immunoassays A 20–30 minute, one-pot workflow No wash steps, no new hardware, instrument-agnostic deployment This is platform IP , protected by multiple patent families What's Already Been Done This is not a raw lab spin-out. Before opening this up to a Commercial Co-Founder, ATUM has deliberately done the unscalable, early work that most founders lose 12–24 months on: Deep technical due diligence on the IP, patents, and scientific feasibility Commercial pre-validation across multiple use cases, buyers, and value chains Explicit learning on what does not work . The Founder Challenge As Commercial Co-Founder, you will turn validated ingredients into a real company . You will: Take ownership of the venture thesis  Decide where to play first and commit to execution Convert early signals into pilots, partnerships, and traction Design pricing, GTM plans, and scale pathways under real constraints Lead fundraising together with ATUM Be the external face of the company to customers and investors You work with a Technical Founder who owns the science.
