KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Track and report daily headcount, attendance, absenteeism, vacancies, and manpower movements. Support the factory HRBP with maintaining accurate people data to support UMS and site performance tracking. Conduct ER investigations, including human error-related cases, in line with company procedures. Administer the grievance management process, ensuring formal case documentation and timely investigations Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, requests, complaints, and ER issues Support compliance with Saudi Labor Law requirements through day-to-day HR operations. Monitor Saudization status and proactively flag risks or gaps. Support labor inspections, governmental audits, and compliance documentation. Employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, medical insurance, governmental platforms (e.g. QIWA) and exits. Apply and calculate overtime and compensatory off in line with approved policies. Provide accurate HR inputs to payroll and benefits processes. Support employee engagement and communication initiatives in collaboration with WPS. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Minimum of 1 year of HR operational experience Preferably in FMCG or manufacturing CIPD or equivalent HR certification (preferred) Strategic breadth and systems thinking – you can think across functions and across time to anticipate change and prepare plans to help the business to grow long term Culture development – you will have experience of creating appropriate culture and behavior interventions that drive employee engagement, retention and performance Internal and External influencing – you will be comfortable with working with teams with differing priorities internally to bring them in to support change, Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
