Your work ensures we continue to build strong, patient-focused teams across our growing network.   If you're ready to make an impact, elevate care, and grow your career with a forward-thinking team, keep reading and apply today!   What You’ll Do: Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications Verifying credentials and references Scheduling and coordinating interviews Negotiating salary and benefits packages Assisting with the onboarding process Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Attending job fairs and conferences Who We Are:  Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed.
