This role is ideal for a commercially minded travel professional with strong destination expertise, a passion for personalised service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, contact-centre environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality.  The Role  As a Travel Lifestyle Manager, you will curate bespoke global travel experiences, ranging from straightforward bookings to highly complex luxury itineraries. Working closely with global travel specialists, lifestyle teams, and premium suppliers, you will ensure every journey reflects Ten’s commitment to excellence.  Key responsibilities include:  Conducting in-depth consultations with high-net-worth members to understand their preferences and expectations.  Designing tailored itineraries featuring luxury accommodation, exclusive experiences, and premium transport.  Leveraging strong supplier relationships to secure competitive, high-value travel solutions.  Providing expert insight into destinations, trends, and emerging opportunities.  Managing bookings, documentation, and internal records with accuracy and efficiency.  Delivering exceptional service throughout the full travel cycle and resolving issues professionally.  Proactively promoting Ten’s wider lifestyle services, including dining, events, and special occasions.  What We Are Looking For  Essential Requirements:  Minimum of five years’ experience in leisure travel consulting, including extensive GDS use (Amadeus essential).  English C1  Strong knowledge of the UK travel market and high-net-worth client expectations.  Proven experience creating complex European and worldwide itineraries.  Excellent communication skills with a refined, professional writing style.  Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple priorities.  Experience working independently without supervision.  High digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft 365.  Preferred :  IATA certification.  Experience working with luxury DMCs or premium tour operators.  Working Schedule:   This position operates within a contact-centre environment and requires flexibility. The role requires shift work, including weekends and late shifts.
