What You'll Do Address a wide range of exciting and varied requests: From simple tasks such as checking availability to intricate arrangements like creating customized guides. Deliver exceptional, lifestyle-oriented solutions: Perfectly tailored to cater to our members’ preferences and wishes. Collaborate closely with a network of contacts and resources: Ensuring that every request is fulfilled with accuracy and style. Manage whatever comes your way: Whether it's retail suggestions or multiple activities – no task is too large or small! All aspects of our relationship, including the decision to hire, promote, discipline or terminate, will be based on merit, competence, performance and business needs.  Skills / Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years in the hospitality industry, demonstrating ability to manage challenges in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Passion for Service: Enthusiastic about engaging with members and guests, committed to creating memorable experiences. Administrative Abilities: Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and maintaining service standards. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; able to use technology to enhance productivity and communication. Working Hours In this role, you'll be following a shift schedule that runs from Sunday to Thursday. Your main working hours will be from 9am to 6pm GMT, but you can expect one late shift (12pm to 9pm GMT) each week. Overall, you'll be putting in a total of 40 hours each week. Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office: This role requires candidates to commute to the office at least 2 days per week. Please note this is a non-negotiable requirement. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions when working remotely Internet service must meet minimum requirements and minimum speed check must be completed
