Administer nursing care in accordance with physician’s orders. Monitor and document client’s progress and report any changes to appropriate personnel. Educate clients and families regarding the plan of care and ongoing health management. Utilize electronic charting for accurate and timely documentation. Participate in team meetings and quality assurance activities. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor. Passion for providing quality healthcare to pediatric and young adult clients.
