Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role within travel, tourism, or a related field. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and proficiently multitask. Globally-inclined experience preferred. Prior experience using GDS booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
