Stay ahead of the culinary curve by keeping up with seasonal menus, special events, and emerging dining hotspots. Work hand-in-hand with restaurant partners, ensuring every reservation is flawlessly executed to meet our members' desires. Represent Ten at industry events, making connections and expanding our network within the culinary scene. Who You Are: A culinary enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge services that knows the NYC food scene like the back of your hand! Organizational mastermind with the skills to juggle reservations and requests while keeping our members smiling. A customer-focused professional with an eye for detail, dedicated to tailoring experiences to each member’s unique taste and preferences. Exceptional communicator who loves building relationships, whether with our esteemed members or restaurant partners. Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation tools like OpenTable. Always eager to learn and explore the latest culinary trends, from trendy food trucks to Michelin-star restaurants! Calm under pressure, with the ability to seamlessly handle urgent requests with poise and enthusiasm.
