Responsibilities Lead BIM/VDC scope for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, deadlines, and client requirements. Plan project BIM activities, deliverables, milestones, and coordination workflows. Ensure project compliance with KIWE BIM standards, and project specific requirements. Implement and maintain BEPs, model setup, file structures, and documentation workflows. Support adherence to naming conventions, coordination procedures, and data exchange protocols. Manage model health checks, QA/QC reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination efforts. Oversee project configuration in Autodesk Docs, BIM 360, or ACC. Identify opportunities to optimize design and coordination workflows using tools such as Dynamo or integrations when appropriate. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. 8+ years of professional BIM experience, including: 5+ years full‑time Revit experience, 3+ years supporting or leading BIM scope on industrial/EPC/design‑build projects. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Docs/ACC. Experience with Dynamo, Python, C# or similar tools (Desirable). Experience developing or implementing BEPs, coordination schedules, model audits, and digital workflows. Strong understanding of construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills. English advanced is a must, minimum B2+.
