JOB PURPOSE This role exists to our Legal team focusing on high-impact strategic business partnering and has recently been recognised as most Innovative In-House Legal Team in Europe. We are at the forefront of innovation and digital transformation, leveraging GenAI tools, data, and hubs to shape the future of Supply Chain Legal. Where this position fits-into the team: • A member of the Legal Operations Team • Part of the Unilever Legal Powerhouse – a team we’re currently building, which consists of around 25 colleagues in Barcelona, who work together with the other Powerhouse teams in Bangalore, São Paulo and Mexico City • Integral part of the Unilever’s Legal Function - a global operation consisting of approximately 500 lawyers and specialists. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analytics • Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making across functional and senior leadership teams • Drive data analysis and storytelling, transforming complex datasets into meaningful trends, patterns, and recommendations to influence business strategy Project Management • Partner closely with the Chief Legal Operations Officer to oversee project governance, including scoping, prioritisation, resource planning, and progress tracking for significant functional priorities Legal Technology • Develop and launch a central dashboard to track utilisation of Legal Technology, ensuring real-time visibility. Analyse and recommend strategies to improve the utilisation of tools using the data from the dashboard • Partnering with UniOps IT Platform and Enterprise Architecture teams to rationalise the Legal tech stack • Supporting innovation and use of technology to simplify and improve the provision of Legal services   Legal Contracting Operations • Validating and maintaining accurate data within the contract management database • Create and present clear, insight‑driven reports, translating system data into usable formats for stakeholders. • Guiding new users on how to use Unilever’s contract management tool across Spain and Brazil (Spanish and Portuguese language skills essential) • Managing and monitoring of support mailboxes to resolve business user issues • General administrative and office support as required REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese and English language is a must Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI Certified Project Manager (PRINCE2 / APM / IAPM) 4 years of experience Proficiency with ServiceNow, Docusign and Salesforce Strong analytical skills Tech savvy and inquisitive To be a proactive self-starter who is able to work autonomously Flexibility and readiness to work on a broad range of matters Strong interpersonal skills and highly team-oriented Excellent written skills and attention to detail Ability to work with colleagues across multiple time zones Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
