LV Collective is looking for a Project Coordinator  to join our Construction team and help bring our design-centric, experience-driven developments to life. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-loving self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, supporting construction leadership, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes—tracking details, coordinating communication, and helping our Construction Managers and Directors build incredible communities across the country. Job Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration Support Project Managers, Construction Managers and Directors in the coordination of multiple active construction projects Assist with tracking project schedules, budgets, and key milestones Maintain organized project files, logs, and documentation throughout all phases of construction Coordinate internal and external communications between consultants, contractors, and internal LV teams Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items to project teams Assist with preparation of monthly project reports and site visit documentation Construction Support Help track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Assist with document control, including drawings, contracts, and consultant deliverables Support progress tracking for architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors Assist with coordination of inspections, permits, and approvals as needed Facilitate punch-list functions, commissioning and property management integration nearing the latter stages of construction Help identify potential scheduling or scope conflicts and flag issues for senior team members Other Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned Ability to work late or on weekends may be required
